Finally we get to the Veterinarian that I have been mentioning in the last several character posts.

The man before us is Dr. Victor Van Pelt, a German-American born in Leavenworth, Washington. Currently he resides in Wyoming and is one of only 2 veterinarians in the county. Many people will remark that he is a cold and very irritable person. While the mooroo's under his care will say the he is a very kind and caring man, almost akin to a father-figure. Neither of these are incorrect, as they represent the duality of his character and his hardships in dealing with past traumas himself and a rather uncertain future. He likes to restore old American muscle cars and various old motorcycles. He rides a restored 1940 BMW R12 Motorcycle with side car to work every day with Noelle in the side car.

For reference, he is based a character that I played called the "Doktor" in several different games (mostly cameos) and several Fallout-themed airsoft events. I wanted to do something for him so that he is not just simply a joke character. So here we are! He still retains some of my looks since...well...he's me.
