Kiveer is a (former) commander for ARC. His strength and imposing stature are desirable qualities to Rezzik and Veerux, that is, to break him down and repurpose him for their own goals. Most importantly is his knowledge on their new nemesis. They rended him of his flesh and scales, leaving only his skeleton behind to fit inside an armored cloak. Rezzik promises to return his flesh, but only when Veerux is sure of Kiveer's unwavering loyalty. From an ARC commander to a slave of Veerux, Kiveer's psyche remains...uncertain at best.
