here is a sample of our chosen fabric. it's a soft and fuzzily texture, stamped with plastic scale designs. It used to be white. After meeting a spray bottle full of paint it turned this lovely shade of green.

for everyone who wants to know where the fabric is from, it's on ebay.
the seller's name is ladysutanya and the item is listed as Faux Fur Fabric Ivory White Hologram.
It doesn't really have much of a hologram sheen to it though.
Seller is located in Thailand.
