Sweet! PAP is an awesome program. :D
It might sync a bit better if you hold the mouth open for almost all of the "a" in baby, then snap it shut on the second 'b', rather than easing back closed smoothly. (try saying it that way and feeling where your lips go, or watching it in a mirror!)
