Banchu decided to dress more feminine and tight to show what his gender is(male pronouns that he uses confuse others, he does it on purpose:3). Banchu is a non-binary female, sometimes calls himself a tomboy(both options are true for him). In one dorm next to the "Hellhounds" lives are neighbors-assholes who love to make fun of Banchu(these two persons are shown in the drawing, they like to do this all the time and not only over him): they constantly joked about Banchu being effeminate, believing that he is a guy who likes to dress feminine and unusual, and one day Banchu decided to dress so that others would finally see that he is a female. This seems to make the fuckers laugh even more. They, as it turns out, are also misogynistic chauvinists - they began to laugh at the fact that Banchu is a female!X( Although this did not offend Banchu at all, because he himself is somewhat misandric, hehe:3
