Back in the mid-to-late 90's, a game known as Darkstalkers: Night Warriors was released. It was a unique fighting game that was beautifully animated, released for the original Playstation. This game had various horror themed monsters you could choose to fight against others. Each character was well fleshed-out and stuff, it was an amazing title, and there are several characters from that series still being used in other titles.
This is Felicia (No last name given), she is a fan favorite, because she is a kind catwoman that wants the world to get along. She's also a very sweet actress in musicals, and she loves to dance and sing. She also seems to be the ONLY character in the game and anime adaptations that has good intentions, as all the others have some strange motive to them. This character, Felicia, is a very cute and good character, and I had a crush (and man, was it a crush) on her. Yeah, she was fictional, but come on, she has such a lovely personality!
