This was a remake of the 2015 variant of the Schwarzlose 1898, Laguna Presa. Compared to the older version, while it was one of the few weapons that was slowly becoming sharper and less fuzzy, it still needed a remake because it lacked the shine it needed, plus, the grip was kinda mediocre.

The Schwarzlose 1898 was a German locked-breech, rotary-bolt semi-automatic sidearm that was designed in 1898, and was produced between 1898 and 1905. It was invented by Andreas Wilhelm Schwarzlose, a Prussian firearm designer. It saw service in the German and the Russian Empires. Firing range was from 100-600 meters, carried an 8-round detachable box magazine. Muzzle velocity ranged at approximately 400 m/s, and less than a thousand were produced at its time.

The Schwarzlose 1898 was adopted and brought into service by the Mettaurian Federation. This variant has a green coated grip to match their coat of arms and insignia, and is in service of Mettaurian forces in South America.
