Hasiru Masiaka (named after the Kannada word for "green") belongs to a rare species of long-eared canidae known as Rexouiums. He possesses the ability to create small explosions and manipulate the shockwaves generated thereof. His explosion power can be used for the purposes of combustion and generating momentum both to himself and external objects. He can also use his seismokinetic abilities to redirect shockwaves to a particular target within eyesight. Said shockwaves need not be generated by his own explosions for Hasiru to be able to manipulate them, however this is a common technique that he uses.
Hasiru is estranged from all of his family apart from his elder brother, whom he spent most of his formative life under the care of. His father died when he was 5 years old and his mother had severe mental health issues and was living in poverty, unable to adequately care for Hasiru and his 3 siblings. His brother Darshan, 10 years his senior, assumed the role of guardian for Hasiru and his other older brother. However, their infant sister remained in the unfortunately neglectful care of their mother, who both died of malnutrition and ill-health just a few years later. As such, Hasiru has developed a very stoic and indifferent outlook on life.
He has picked up multiple languages from his native Indian subcontinent such as Kannada, Marathi, Telugu, Urdu and Hindi as well as English. He is also homosexual, and currently lives with his partner Piet in Stellenbosch, South Africa. He goes by the pseudonym Sei-Rex which is a combination of the words seismic and Rexouium. His attribute is called 'Shockwave' after his ability to generate explosions. It is also known by its Kannada name ಆಘಾತ ತರಂಗ ('Āghāta Taraṅga').

p.s. I know the design is not so much 'Rexouium' and more 'fox with rabbit ears' 🦊🐰🤪, this is the closest I could get with the software available.
