This weapon was formerly in service of the Ghost Folk, an radical human organization led by outlaws who terrorized Anthro civilizations and townsfolk. The Ghost Folk were known to lurk in foggy areas or cemeteries and ghost towns, so they wore white or silver to hide in mists and fog, or in the snow.
Although this weapon is no longer in service, the Ghost Folk hold it as a trophy (and it can certainly be a trophy for roleplayers who fight back).
