Since I've been looking more into fandom species like avalis, sergals, etc, I made a thing that combines 2 of my favorite categories: avians and scalies. Has some morrowind argonian in there too. I kinda like it. Some ideas if this were a species: the special curved feathers on the cheeks, ears, lower legs, and tail started due to a genetic mutation and stayed in the gene pool because they were favored in mating displays. The arm wings are obviously way too small and useless for flying, and could be considered vestigial. Maybe I'll work on it some more (or just leave it as a standalone hybrid character).
