Although auto-tuned? I played the game with developer commentaries on, so I heard interesting tidbits like recording the voice three times in three different tones. Although I was a bit busy avoiding a flaming death, so I may have misheard...

Now would've been a good time to tell you I'm mute, except I'm not, so i won't tell you :p
I meant programs that could synthesize voices, or that could alter your voice to make it better. I sometimes write music using GarageBand, but when I try singing it always sounds horrible.
I heard of Vocaloid though, it sounds pretty fun. Except it's not free! :(
