The Mettaurian Empire at its time was a massive empire that formed during and after the Mettaurian War, a worldwide conflict that raged between the Humans and Anthros, and the Mettaurians and an army of androids programmed by Nexus CEO Lawrence Herregods. The war had ended in a stalemate and the Mettaurians had built an empire that stretched across Africa, South America, Middle East, and Southeast Asia. In 2017, during the war against the Void, the empire had lost its regime's nationalist dictatorship, and became a Federation. In the Unique Alliance, the Mettaurian Federation has been acclaimed to have the 6th largest fighting force in the alliance, but is clearly not the strongest.

This is their uniform showcase, from the Mettaurian War, to the War against the Reign of Darkness, to the African Revolution and onward. Their uniforms are made from materials similar to those used to make HAZMAT suits, only more sturdy. Their uniforms have evolved overtime, as did their use of weaponry.

Having first originated from cyberspace as "Mettaurs", Mettaurians are a fan-made species that I created, inspired by the Mettaur Virus from the Megaman franchise, as humanoid Mettaurs who appear as humanoid viruses. Although their development into the Human/Anthro world faced complications, like adapting digital code into an organic form, the Mettaurians' adaptation into the real world was easier than expected. Unfortunately do to their originality as "viruses" their background had earned them the viral name as humanoid viruses, as their touch can be extremely lethal. Reactive much like a poison, physical contact with their skin is very lethal. Any exposure to their touch will result in the extreme severity of symptoms related to viral diseases. Fortunately, in 2021, a vaccine was developed to immunize people to their touch.=
