Back in the years ranging from 2001 to 2009, Kennedy Samuelson was a police officer serving the NYPD in Manhattan. During the Anthro Rights Era, Kennedy was undercover for the ADA, but secretly did Samaritan work for Anthros who were struggling to make a living in a segregated society between Humans and Anthros. He was looked down upon by humans as a disgrace to his own species, but was favorited by Anthros for his selflessness and his ideals to build a respectable reputation with the police department.

After the Anthro Civil Rights Era had ended with Anthros having become equal with Humans, he quit the NYPD and had recruited for the Central Intelligence Agency to provide his service internationally and domestically. During his years in the CIA, he had registered and bought himself a personal M16A1, to which he had customized with a blue skin and a shield logo.

In 2015, he resigned from the CIA, and moved off of Earth and earned his citizenship in the Republic of Aurora, in Eastern Arcque, Northeast of the Kapristesian Hemisphere of Sephiroth. To this day he serves as a proud member of the IRSP, as an engineer and a cannoneer. In July of 2021, he had gone to court to gain his ownership of his personal M16A1 for field use only, and his Glock 17 as his personal defense weapon, to which the court allowed.
