The Cyclic Order is a dark haunted regime run by souls who were damned or forgotten in history, reincarnated as mummified humanoids. Like the Sovereign Light, it had adopted weapons from Earth and re-engineered them to serve their purpose as elemental weapons or by standards. Unlike the Sovereign Light, the Cyclic Order was a reign of the dark, a faction that sought to bring the Void to consume all that was in its reach.

The "Eye of the Tower" variant was a popular version of the Gewehr 98, due to its lethal accuracy and its immense man-stopping power through its use of Void-infused ammunition. This was among the variants the Dark Mother had used during the Arditian War in 2014. This was her first model before the "Leviathan" variant had replaced it.
