Ok, I'm at a stage where I consider the shading done. I like the glossiness of the paint on the bike though the fur came out so-so. The wing texture is pretty much what I wanted. The wheels all warped but it'll have to do. I also used my logo for the first time as a signature.
For those who don't know, this a drawing for
paniki . He wanted a bat riding a red motorcycle. He also wanted a keyboard strapped to his back but I forgot it on the sketch. Shouldn't be too hard at add though. Plus a background too. That'll have to be for later.
This bike happens to be my own design called Dragon GX2000R. A very powerful and formidable bike indeed. Take one for a test spin today.
Edit: Oops, actually used the logo before on the preview version.
Edit II: Doh! I just found a huge mistake. O_O The first one to find it gets a cookie or something. @_@

I used to bunches of car sketches years ago but almost no motorcycles. I need to post some vehicles.
I was a bit surprised (and pleased) on how the lineart came out. I'm more surprised (and even more pleased) on the shading. :) I feel the glossy paint on the bike really came through. I fiddled with it until it "pooped" into view. The pressure levels on my new tablet really helped there. The best of my rare shadings I believe.

Oddly enough, the reference photo I used has the foot similar to that. I guess there's a foot peg back there. The gas tank itself extends all the way to the front and the gas cap a bit back on the tank. The whole bike itself is too long but that's not the huge mistake I'm talking about. It's one of those "forehead smacking" mistakes. It "pops" out once you see it.
