You'd be surprised (well not really) how many people don't know that simple fact.
I find myself by instinct correcting people all the time. Books have taught them that the flying reptiles are flying dinosaurs. I even have several plush dactyl's that refer to them as dinosaurs >< Culture has ingrained incorrect knowledge XD

I'm curious why you aren't a dinosaur? Yeah, the actual clade's primarily the bipedal land reptiles (not including the flyers or the pelagics) but the term itself is pretty general.
You sure as heckfire would get classed as a saurian on Reptilon. But then, the primary division there is between the bird-like critters and the reptile-like critters, with the feathered troodonts somewhere in between.

The term has been made pretty general over time via our culture and popular media. But the true definition of a dinosaur is that of a terrestrial reptile with a unique upright stance. This means that the flying reptiles and the aquatic reptiles are part of their own class and not dinosaurs as they go by air and sea respectfully. One being the Pterosaurs and the other being well marine reptiles...since I don't think they are given a more distinct name.
Hmmm. I didn't know that the paleontologists had actually assigned the term 'dinosaur' to something specific like that. I figured there was a scientific term for the bipedal-reptiles of the period, but shows what I know!
I retract what I said earlier. I think a Quetzalcoatlus would probably end up a "bridger" on Reptilon, even lacking feathers!
And as for me, I'd just be happy to call you "friend".
