Eagle Point Railroads new conductor car I just rebuilt for the Chattanooga Society of Model Engineers. This flatcar used to be the groups leaf blower car and had a heavy fan/generator set on top of it. This lead to one of the truck bolsters breaking off the car after carrying to much weight for to long.
It's a Plum Cove car which means it's primarally made out of wood and this includes the truck bolster which snapped out of place off the bottom of the car. I replaced it with a new one and remounted the truck. I also stained the cardeck, built the shipping crate, mounted the conductors chair, and also replaced a broken coupler on the rear end.
Now it should be good to go to use with the groups boy scout trains.
