The SL-13, in the RP world, is an improvised sticky grenade launcher modified by the Mettaurian Federation and has seen action in the Mettaurian War (2013-2015). It was built to launch Semtex grenades at an average-to-high velocity so that it can be used to quickly take out targets from behind or around solid cover. Outside of military service, it has also been used to help in demolitions in unstable or old buildings.

There have been fatalities with those who have wielded and used this weapon on the field, so its reputation is... questionable.
