This is the May 30th 2021 remake of the original 2015 ref of this weapon. Database on this weapon's origins is unknown.

The DPS-11 is an improvised machine-pistol that was constructed and produced in the Mettaurian Federation, to be a stealth-ops weapon. It was built specificially for spies, secret agents, or for reconaissance forces who need to get their hands dirty while staying out of the spotlight. It saw action in the Mettaurian War (2013-2015) and it was proven to be a very effective weapon. Damage and accuracy were its only flaws, but it still proved to be a successful firearm.

In 2018, it was modified for extra firepower and increased stability and accuracy. Due to this update of the weapon, the Mettaurian Army made it a favorite. Other factions sought to create other variants of this weapon into something more lethal and effective in combat. In 2020, Nocturnus, the Reign of Darkness's Elite faction, took the weapon to create a more powerful variant.

The "Assassin's Prayer" variant was modified for increased damage, using a larger caliber than its first model.
