This is the April 2021 remake of the 2015 and 2014 versions of the same shotgun. First posted on May 30th, 2021.
Very little is known of this obscured firearm in real life, but what info was gathered was that this weapon originated in either United States, or Taiwan. IRL, there really is no information on the real identity of this weapon, but one thing's for sure, this looks like it would be a bad day for the wielder, as much as it will be for the target.
In the RP world, this weapon was built by the Mettaurian Federation, but was banned from use by the Armed Forces, due to its obscene design and unpredictably-violent functionality. This shotgun was built and tested for close-quarters combat, but many who have test-fired this weapon ended up injuring themselves. From strained and broken wrists to damaged facial bones, this weapon was banned from use in the military. Meanwhile, it is still currently being used by black market paramilitiaries, such as the infamous Yulruk Regiment, a disavowed faction originated to the Downcast.
- It had been nicknamed "Massacre" because those who fired this weapon have ended up hurting themselves critically, those strong enough to use it were capable of making a room painted in red. This variant was polished for improved reliability.
(Unless your character is very strong and can withstand heavy recoil, don't chance yourself with this.)
