Thanks. :] I do 'em myself. It gets way too expensive to get them all done at a shop.

True.. I've got some matting to do for a foundation show comming up. Are those floating mats there? .. they look nice. 'specially the color choices.

Just regular ol' double matting with beveled edges. :] ('Cept the polaroid pieces, which I just mounted onto black and matted the mount.)
I've never heard the term "floating matt" and you've got me all curious.

I hadn't heard of it either, until recently. It's supposed to be an oversized piece for backing (with the picture attatched to it), and then an oversized matt frame, leaving space between the matt board and the picture istelf. I'm not so sure about it, but I'm gonna give it a go anywho. Lemme know if you try it out? I'd love to see the results.
