...although, on the off-chance that Maple could be busty in-game, I drew this too. Though I still toned the size down somewhat to be more reasonable.
Tried adding some magic effects (as she is all magical and whatnot), but I'm not particularly good at those.
Ultimately I don't really like this that much; the pose is weak, the effects could be better, the face is just... bleah. I wasn't inclined to finish it up with shading but I'm putting it here anyway

There is a moogle mod for oblivion that works well with other nude mods so you could be a busty moogle....
And for morrowwind, I think that there are a few busty nude mods that will work, but with both games, if you want to be busty with clothes on, you need the appropriate clothing mods to match the body mods.
I have so many awesome mods on my Oblivion game, I never get bored!
