The Ambassador Has a Dog In His Underpants
On the base of quite infamous scene from the episode "The Rise and Fall of the Big Dog" of 2 Stupid Dogs where Little Dog is suddenly coming out from the Ambassador's... underpants! 😲 Screeshots for the context are here:

After some research about the series, I realized why's it so... strange. I just learned 2 Stupid Dogs was supposed to be HB's reply on Nickelodeon's The Ren & Stimpy Show which (let's say it loud) was pretty perverted like for a kids cartoon. 😕 Also, John K. himself actually has been involved to some episodes of 2 Stupid Dogs, those three ones with Red exactly. And I was sure Cow and Chicken is CN's the one and only version of Ren and Stimpy...
Anyway, The Little Dog had to get himself into the Ambassador's underpants first, right? And hey! Now the poor guy finally looks like he's feeling something. 😉
