So, allow me to explain.

I originally wanted Kasi (my Sonadow fan-child) to be a creation by Eggman, using Sonic and Shadow's DNA, but I realise that someone else on deviantART has already done that and I didn't want to steal their idea, so I decided to make a very different origin story for him instead...
