This is an open species! Make your own, as many as you want, make adopts, go nuts!
Please do read this first though so you're familiar with the commercial guff (it's short, and tldr: commercial is fine just touch base with me if you make over $500 a month with Kipchunes.
WHAT ARE KIPCHUNES?
Kipchunes are reptilian cyborgs, originally intended to be used as security detail, given powerful sensors and connections to internal systems within the area(s) they’re set to protect.
As time went however, they were able to be purchased and customized for any purpose, with the caveat that after X years of service, they are given citizenship and rights, while having the option to permanently retain the position they were created for (if available).
KIPCHUNE ABILITIES
As bog standard, Kipchunes come with sentience, the ability to connect to a buyer’s personal networks, strong sensors to detecting trespassers or people on caution/blacklists, combat capabilities, long-range warning systems, and the ability to communicate using any language.
There is no upper limit to extra features that can be added to a Kipchune. Invisibility? Size scaling? Breathing fire? Plugging a USB in right the first time? Go for it, I don’t see any point limiting something like that on a fully open species.
CAN KIPCHUNES FUCK?
Obviously. No rules on what their junk n trunk look like, run free. Whether you want them to be able to reproduce “naturally” or not is up to you and what you’re into.
KIPCHUNES LORE??
If there’s enough interest i’ll futz about with lore and all that jazz, but as of right now they’re primarily aesthetic and easy to slot into people’s worldbuilding as they want to slot em in. Even if I do start making lore n shit though: nobody is obligated to follow it. It wont be a “canon” anyone is deviating from. It’d be optional fluff at most.
