I've been in such bad shape before, I can probably help people out a little with what is ailing them, durrr >.> You'd be surprised how much can be linked back to dehydration. Sleep paralysis, nightmares, shaky hands, and some other stuff I don't remember off the top of my head. :B
At the very least though, if it doesn't work, drinking water is still good for you! :D
