Butterscotch, also known at Scotch, is a hare in charge of his small town of herbivores and other prey animals. He tends to be lenient on most crimes since he doesn't see much point in things like cells or corporal punishment on the people he knows and loves- but if a suspicious outsider, especially a carnivore, is suspicious or even infamous, he's ruthless.
Despite his cheery demeanor, he's actually resentful and bloodthirsty towards predator animals.
He's currently on the lookout for and on the verge of going out to find Vigil. He highly suspects that Vigil is responsible for some of the disappearances around his little town. He's almost too excited about the prospect of catching this heathen and tearing him to shreds.
