Fenix once more, this time a Meowstic! Yes, the mood hit once again, but this time for another Pokemon line I enjoy :3 As a Meowstic, Fenix has access to psychic powers, and can even make himself bigger or smaller! Although his psychic well is limited and takes time to refill when it bottoms out. It'll regenerate over time, but if he uses too much, he essentially gets locked out for a full day as his psychic energies recover. This also means that if he were to, say, grow big or be tiny when that happens? He'll be stuck like that for the day... He ah... Had that happen to him a few times ^^;
