Dog's mutation allows him to morph parts of his body into Tentacles. Sometimes he can make the tentacles take on different properties and spread that back into himself temporarily.
But for the most part his primary use of the Tentacle beyond it's grappling and piercing capabilities is it's oil generation. It makes Vitri-Oil, a substance normally only produced by the passage of time of biological materials trapped underground for millennia. Filled with the anger and regrets of ancestors long gone, it drives mad any organic that touches it. For some reason it doesn't work on Dog, it doesn't affect on any other Fluffdragons with the same mutation, and it doesn't affect Cyborgs either.
