Not for the contest thingy on DA, but the idea of fossil evolutions has got my creative juices flowing. Not sure on the typing. Maybe just a Nomal type, Maybe a Normal/Rock type X3
*Flips open Pokedex* Lickisaurus, the ancient lizard Pokemon. Lickisaurus is the evolved form of Lickitung when equipped with a Shield Fossil. Though mostly docile, Lickisaurus can be fiercely protective of its eggs and young. It uses its tail to break open logs and knock down trees, allowing it to easily gather grubs and fruit with it's tongue.
