I'm so happy I can finally share some of the art I did for the dragon bird book. I had so much fun doing it. This is one of my personal favs, my favourite wading bird, the Great Blue Heron. They already look part dragon anyway. I'm so happy with the composition, the colours, the dragon form, heck everything about it. The cool greys and warm yellows make me so happy! 14x9.5 acrylic on illustration board. And of course I have copies of the book for sale if anyone is interested.
