Well, Tundra was created as a bioengineering experiment by the military-industrial company, Arris Technologies. The experiment was more than successful. He has tremendous physical strength, agility, and cryo-kinetic abilities (he can manipulate ice and water). Unfortunately for Arris, they treated him more like a science experiment rather than a person. Tortured and imprisoned as Arris desperately worked to identify how they actually created him, his hatred for the company and what it stood for festered.
Eventually, he was "rescued" by a rival genomics company, RPI with the help of a certain female operative, Nasira. However, knowing that RPI would likely only want him for their own experiments, Tundra and Nasira gained freedom in a daring escape. Now, the two roam the galaxy, their only mission to seek out and destroy every last vestige of Arris and RPI.
In parallel, Tundra is grappling with mysterious memories that shouldn't exist... a life of peace long since gone.

My Tiger as a fighter follows more of the "Way of the Warrior" with battles. Has good enough speed and strength to face most foes, but not superhuman. If anything that can be called highly above average with his fighting skills, it'd be technique and strategy.
