After I designed Kit's fox form I thought about what else she would shapeshift into, and I eventually remembered she would also transform into a tanuki. For this I wanted to design a short version and her regular height version. I think it came out quite cute and if I remember correctly this design made me want to make a tanuki sona, which led to Nova. So there's a fun little tidbit
