I was playing the Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection, and for some reason thought back on the Legends series.
Then it hit me that there aren't many Legends representatives in Battle Network. So I made this NetOp with one such representative of my own justice taking.
I was originally going to call this girl Hemiola, but with whom I was basing her on, it wasn't gelling together.

Biography: Serenna is one of the many 1/2 mermaids born to Junichiro & Palutena. She was born a week after the day Gaila was born, making her part of the 7th line of 1/2 mermaids in the family. Serenna is described like some of her younger siblings are as being an early bloomer as she is already on her way to having a bust appropriate for her young size (A BB-Cup to be precise) as it'll be another 2 years before results can be truly seen. This is due to her inheriting her mother's genes to have a shapely body as she herself does. Even so, Serenna is known for having a lack of self confidence to the point that her self esteem is rather low. Each & every day her parents would often work to get her self-esteem boosted, but with little success, yet this was a quest that was of the failure is not an option category. When it came time for Juni & Palutena to pay a visit to the Mega Man Battle Network universe, they took their Battle Network aligned offspring with them; Serenna being among the bunch who was taken with. On the day of settling in, Serenna hardly wanted anything to do with the universe she was in as it held a lot of faces she was unfamiliar with. However, she remained with her parents & siblings since the house they were staying at was the only haven they had. Juni used the time to create several navis for his children to use (He did not bother with Hiromi, Suite, Xylina, Shinju, Bailey, Zoey, and Melisma, as they made their own). Among them, he created a NetNavi for Serenna under the name MegaManTrigger.EXE. Despite the fact that he was the only navi on Serenna's PET (Most of her other siblings have 2 in theirs), she nonetheless befriended her digital partner instantly, giving her a self-esteem boost. On the first day; the same day Juni handed the children their PETs, Serenna had a hard time fitting into the class of 5-A despite her parents helping out Ms. Mari in the class. In fact, during the virus busting lessons, Serenna blurted out on the 2nd lesson that only chips of the same family can be chosen together. This made her think Ms. Mari was going to kick her out, but instead she mentioned Serenna made a valid point, allowing the lesson to continue onward. Afterward, she was invited by Lan to have a NetBattle against his NetNavi MegaMan.EXE, but Serenna hardly felt confident to do so until MegaManTrigger.EXE spoke up & give it a try since she did well in the virus busting lessons. So, Serenna accepted, and despite facing a tough, she managed to pull off a victory on her first try, giving her a good confidence boost. But even then, her stay in the Battle Network universe was only one of several stepping stones, but Serenna has vowed to overcome her issues & be as strong as her parents are. As mentioned above, Serenna, much like the girl she is themed after, is describing as having low self-esteem issues & lacks self confidence in herself as evident when she once believed her early blooming was a fluke & she won't grow to be as big as some of her sisters are. Another problem is that she is very shy around new people, as she will hide behind her parents until it is proven that the person she is speaking with is friendly & can be trusted. Nevertheless, Serenna is a very sweet & affectionate girl and is a proven snugglebug as she loves to pass the time snuggling with her big sisters, or her parents depending on who's available at the moment. Serenna however, is no fan of monsters, being afraid of them to the point she will look in her closet & under her bed if a strange sound is heard anywhere in her vicinity. This will often lead to her older siblings or her father coming to calm her down to get her to go back to sleep, and it's a job her navi MegaManTrigger.EXE got entangled in himself. Owns the fluffiest Amur Leopard plush.
Abilities: Serenna, being 1/2 mermaid, is capable of transforming into her mermaid form at any point she enters the water. But, like her siblings, she prefers the water to be either fresh, or seawater, and she wishes for the water to be clean before she thinks of transforming. And just like the rest of her siblings, she is a strong swimmer, but she doesn't have the strength to keep up with her older sisters, or her mother for that matter. Serenna may not act like it constantly, but she's a rather talented netbattler as she has a great synchro rate with MegaManTrigger.EXE and the two proved to be the perfect team time & time again. She knows which battle chips to supply her partner with when the time calls for it, and arranges her folder accordingly. Serenna understands how to perform the Program Advance, but she has yet to master forming far more complex ones that need 4 or 5 chips.
About # MegaManTrigger.EXE, AKA MegaManVolnutt.EXE (Either one works with him as he's not fussy), is a NetNavi created by Junichiro & given to his daughter Serenna to operate at home, and while in the Battle Network universe. He was made sometime after the creation of MegaManX.EXE & Axl.EXE; both of whom were given to Alouette to operate, and despite MegaManTrigger.EXE being Serenna's only NetNavi, she quickly became friends with him due to his cheerful & friendly disposition. As his name implies, MegaManTrigger.EXE greatly resembles Mega Man Trigger himself right down to his hairstyle. However, his body does not feature any mechanical parts, keeping in touch with the digital feel of NetNavis. His leg, arm, and body armor are similar to that of Glide.EXE's, but he does not start with a helmet like he does, not does he have Glide.EXE's wings. As for his navi mark: It is made to resemble the little monkey Data, a callback to the original's little partner. In the Battle Network universe, Serenna had a hard time befriending others due to her shy nature, but MegaManTrigger.EXE helped her come out of her shell some to befriend others. He himself was quick to make friends with Yai's own navi Glide.EXE (As he himself is themed after a Mega Man Legends character). He was able to pass through the virus busting lesson with ease while giving Serenna motivation all the while. Afterward, he & Serenna accepted a NetBattle challenge from Lan & MegaMan.EXE. Again, despite Serenna being rather hesitant, she & MegaManTrigger.EXE managed to pull off a win against the two & from there, Both Mega Men became steadfast friends. And like X.EXE, MegaManTrigger.EXE has gotten MegaMan.EXE out of tight jams, but he never ignores other teammates in need & is always happy to help when his assistant is needed. Much like the original Mega Man Trigger, MegaManTrigger.EXE is a kind & jovial NetNavi as his programmer intended him to be & cares deeply for his operator & friends. Nonetheless, he has the spirit of adventure & enjoys hunting for treasure on the network. Nonetheless, he has been known to be a bit too trusting as he took Match's initial word that he had become a good person during the Gospel crisis, only to distrust him once more when he rejoined WWW during its 2nd attack on cyber world. But on the 3rd meeting with him, MegaManTrigger.EXE was understandably skeptical of Match's quitting the WWW, but began to open to him once he proved his words were true, and it reached the point he was pleased to see Match the 4th time he showed up. Finally, while MegaManTrigger.EXE enjoys a good round of virus busting, he shares the original's dislike of getting into needless fights as he only does so as a last resort. MegaManTrigger.EXE is a balanced NetNavi with equal Attack, Defense, and Speed, but he has his own unique gimmicks as well. MegaManTrigger.EXE, like the original, can interchange his arm for a battle chip that has been slotted in to use as a special weapon, but there are limitations to this. He also enjoys immunity to Dark Chips, but that means he cannot make use of them at all either; much like any Navi in Juni's family save for Zoey's. MegaManTrigger.EXE's abilities & attacks are as follows.
Mega Buster V: MegaManTrigger.EXE's basic attack. This is a rapid fire themed buster that shoots down constantly so long as the attack is allowed to continue going. However, it can also be charged up for a stronger shot as well. While charging, MegaManTrigger.EXE will continue firing normal buster shots, only stopping when the charge level hits red. The charge shot unleashed hits a V formation around the target struck.
Interchangeable Arm: MegaManTrigger.EXE can make use of Battle Chips as charge attacks in a similar vein as the Colonel Soul. However, MegaManTrigger.EXE has more choices as he can use any element & attributed chip instead of just null chips & the arm change remains for 5 turns or until a new arm change is performed. But the chip still has to be damage dealing, non-dimming, and MegaManTrigger.EXE cannot use Mega Chips (Specifically the Navi type) & Giga Chips for this purpose.
Parrying Kick: MegaManTrigger.EXE will actively kick 2 squares deep to send any enemy he hits really back a square. If he happens to attack an enemy just as it's about to attack, it not only results in a counter hit, but outright cancels the attack in motion regardless if it's a virus, or navi.
Digger's Touch: MegaManTrigger.EXE's liberation ability. He'll actively search any dark panels holding items & traps within a deep 3x3 radius in front of him. From there he'll disarm any traps & collect items found in said spaces. In addition, the spaces will be liberated without the need to engage in battle.
