I had a go at doing various designs for my partner ‘s medical robot ‘Mercie’.

Take a robot, give it a medical degree and then base the design on a sheep, and you got a Mercie!...kind of. The Alternate history/reality these robots came from is meant to be hyper capitalist. So you could imagine an AI told to do no harm and who’s only purpose is to heal the sick might develop a code at odds with the society that made it.

Especially for the first couple of models:

A Mercie unit for military use. Less cute sheep and more functional. Can retrieve casualties from the battlefield and perform life-saving surgery in almost any environment. Can be fixed using (similar branded, parts sold separately) Mercie parts for ease of use in a war zone.

We also have a Mercie unit made for the religious organisation (current model Christianity focused, more designs in production!). Programmable for any texts and teaching to aid in ‘religious’ healing! 8D

Then you got the first Mercie designed before mass production (too animal like for the public), followed by the ‘small mercies’ which are various nanobots for smaller medical aid. Finally a recent version of Mercie aimed at the children's and maternal wards they were aimed at.
