Before Redblur was a hero or Flora was crown princess of the Ninsegtion Kingdom, Despina was in charge of the Redipharons and other races. In fact, if it wasn't for her cruel and ruthless way most of the creatures in the kingdom would be nice and friendly. She was one of the top five greatest rulers in the universe, but after fifty years she got bored of it. She hands the kingdom and the army to her younger brother, Qarinah so she can take a nice long vacation.
