In his childhood, Ruby spent a lot of time in hospital for operations and surgeries. He was mistreated the day. He had a plushie with him but a nurse would take it away from him because for her they were for babies. Ruby would start to cry. His fear of needles starts that time. Like every pred, he would bite to defend himself of showing he was afraid but nurses were not impressed. They would put him a muzzled and tied him up on the bed. Today, he is still afraid of hospitals and still having nightmares. Just thinking of going on an appointment in a clinic stresses him.
