Getting the coals ready is just the beginning. All we can do is try to share what little warmth is offered by the fire as the overcast sky looms above us. Was this always our predestined fate no matter what? Was it ever open to reason, change or scrutiny?

Many predictions had been made in the lead up to this. The dead reawakening and ravaging across the land. An exceptionally contagious disease that has no known cure. The unquenchable greed of the overprivileged and overentitled affecting so many others without their wealth or power. We were not prepared for any of this, such was the selfish desires of so many.
