I was inspired to draw this after hearing his reaction to the softness of his tail after wearing it for the first time. So adoreable XD. This is my new desktop wallpaper.

I'd love my tail too if I had one. I would probably hold it as I slept if it was long enough (I mean if I were actually an anthro. I'm sure a fake tail would get damaged from daily handling and it just wouldn't be the same).

If it's made right it'll last you a long time ^^ Connor actually does sleep in his sometimes and all it needs is a little brushing afterwards.

I'm sure it gets oily. Would you have to hand wash them, or not at all?

it depends on the quality of the tail. You can easily hand wash them, but a friend of mine who made Connor's is currently testing if they're going to be machine washable (as far as I know).

i'm fairly sure that the actual structure would survive a machine washing. What's in question right now is if the actual materials would retain the original texture. handwashing should be fine though :)
