Let's see... Density of tungsten is about 0.7 lb./in^3. Average width of a toilet, in the US at least, is 20 inches. So a 20 inch cube of tungsten would weigh approximately 5,600 lbs. or about 2,450 kg. The logistics of getting it into the bathroom aside, I doubt that porcelain would hold up under that weight. Either way, the recipient of this action is definitely going to be stuck using diapers for a while.
