Verity: "Oh, don't pretend you don't like it. I can hear your tail swish-swishing against Deva's belly."
(long awkward pause)
Deva: "You're free to come and go as you please. And we will make sure to inform you of any planned activities we have inside the Moonfisher's multiverse so we can avoid any possible conflicts in the future."
Death: "Moonfisher?"
Deva: "The child you can sometimes see inside the curve of the crescent moon." *shrugs* "We usually name multiverses after the people who have explored them most before us, but so far that's the only constant we've identified between them."
Death: "I see." (pause) "I believe we have a deal. Just, uh... One more thing-"
Verity: "Nobody will ever know about this. At least not within the Moonfisher's multiverse."
Death: "Que?" *looks at you* "Is that on? Oi..."
