An iconic skyline, plus it's named after republic-era Roman hero Lucius Cincinnatus, notorious for denying promises of power (as a reward for his military successes), favoring instead the simple life of a farmer. So we can pretty much surmise that he wasn't a Slytherin. More like a Hufflepuff who found himself in a Gryffindor profession for a time.
