Lizard don't have a habit to create names for every character, it's more like "if it's named, that means something". Most of the "names" are related to whole sub-species (Like "Sintir", "Kinto", "Roz", etc). There can be some variations and exceptions. Guess, at some point, Lizard will try to write short stories to explain many things (but never all of them).
But if you want, call him Chiller :)

I really enjoy you being silly :) I'm making myself silly too, trying to figure serious and informative response to that.
Basic ideas: Whole species is called "Venaki". They are divided into four clans. Each clan follow it's "element of nature", that's "Cold, Fear, Hunger, Pain".
Just to notice: Currently I'm focused on two clans; Forst, Clan of Cold and Owi, Clan of Fear.
Advanced ideas: Every named character from the clans get surname representing that clan. So, if My Lizard from Clan of Cold is named "Roader", his full name is "Roader Frost". If you were included in Clan of Fear (don't ask how, keep being silly), guess, you would be "Aeryl Owi".
Any one not named are just referred by their sub-species of Venaki. Once I finish the uploads, there's going to be some spike in number of "Kinto" sub-species.
As for roles, each sub-species already got some basic predefined role that they are good (if not perfect). Sub-species in each clan vary in their overall coloration and some physical appearance. Eye colour is important too. Anyone related to me personally and "Roader Frost" will have GREEN eyes. While basic colour of eyes for Clan of Cold is BLUE. And Clan of Fear got YELLOW coloured eyes.

But the most joke - "Chiller" here have his eyes closed :)

Thanks for the clarification by the way, it's interesting ! Seems like your species have a sort of tribal dynamic with specific characteristics each, with just a few exception (such as Roader green eyes it seems)
Curious to see what else you have in mind and the other clans ^^

It's less about tribal, just different clans took their own path in spiritual and physical development.
They can still cooperate, but it's not so easy as simply joining other "tribe". Tiger joining the pack of wolves will still be different, right?

Aeryl of Fear? Lizard can imagine fearless and overconfident dragon, skilled in diplomacy and playful intimidation.

I see ^^ i mostly meant tribal as a reference to the dynamic inside each group, with each individual having a specific role to fill =p
