Yet another Fallout 4 oc. Meet Floyd Miller, or as he’s better known, ‘Pretty Boy’. One of Jackson’s ‘enforcers’, which are a group of three members, one from each gang of Nuka-World. While the enforcers are part of their respective gang, they are loyal to Jackson.

Floyd here is a member of the Operators. He’s a great shot with a rifle and is know for being able to almost become invisible when tracking a target. He also has skills in both lock-picking and hacking, able to infiltrate most places.

His main weapon is a Hand-Made Rifle in a sniper rifle configuration, which is chambered in .308 caliber sub-sonic rounds, and has an extended 30 round magazine. For a secondary weapon, he uses a much less stealthy approach for if he is ever caught. In that case, he uses a sub-machine gun chambered in 12.7mm, with explosive rounds, as well as a 100 round drum magazine.

To put it simply, like many of the Operators, Floyd is a professional. He prefers a stealthy approach and will do what he can to kill his target before he is spotted.
