Finally came up with a user for Electric Feel! They came to me pretty quick! They;ve got a heart mark on their cheek, its a bit hard to see, sorry!

Milo themself has trouble emoting, but they do have emotions! It just doesn't show well on their face. Milo's stand is not an offensive one, and Milo themself is not a combatant, they prefer to not get into fights in the first place. If a situation seems sour, they use their stand to put the other party into a mood where they feel its pointless to fight.

They're not above using their stand to manipulate people, though its usually for small things. Put the cashier in a better mood so they give you a discount, or make the guy harassing someone miserable for a bit, things like that.
