What made Cyclone Park amazing is that it was very first Minor League Ballpark where an amusement park served as a background beyond the outfield fences. From our vantage point near First Base, it was easy to spot the roller coasters and rides moving about, which distracted slightly from the game.
I'll bet at night with the rides and the field all lit up the sight must be astounding! Note the circular structures around the field lights? They appeared to have LEDs in them, which I figure they could use in lieu of fireworks.

Hmmmm. Taur v. Taur baseball only, or with other species? A crafty non-taur pitcher would probably figure out a way to pitch to a 'taur just outside of the reach. Plus, you'd have to figure some very significant upper body strength to twist enough to hit a baseball properly. Yes, there are those baseball fans who think about such things in between innings.
Looking at that also makes me ponder Quange pitchers, and how you might have to change the pitching mound. I wonder if one could develop the same kind of force in a pitch that a human does with their motion. It's a concept leading to hours of good, clean argument, the kind baseball fans adore.
sounds like something you and Roy could have fun with. Most baseball I've been around was in 2021 when I worked a security gig at one of the Cactus League spring training ballparks. The one for the Royals and the Rangers in Surprise AZ. Nice ballpark. Ended up with a foul ball as a souvenir. Dad kinda liked baseball, one of his Uncles had been a pro player in the early 20th century https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harry_McChesney We had his old Spaulding glove with a 1904 patent date on it - ended up giving it to a young family member who was really into baseball. Dad used that glove as a kid for sandlot baseball games.
