A nice cooling salad from !
I don't usually have measurements for most of the food that I make...
As for this recipe it all really depends on how much you want to make but here is the basic break down!

Ingredients

Cooked, chilled, penne, pasta, noodles
Tomato (chopped)
Red onion (julienned)
Cucumber (half moon thin sliced)

Dressing

Caesar dressing
Milk
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
