This is such a special piece :3 And I tell you why, yes, you will learn the story behind this image :D

So, a year ago or so I drew two horses for a fun personal piece. Just two random horses in space. They meant to be lovers, deities and being separated, but ever since these two weren't my OCs, just two horses, I got distracted easily and my attention turned toward other projects.

Some time passed and I even forgot about my lovers, when I looked after another piece I did and rummaged my folders when I found their file again, wondering what that is. Opened it and oh, right. I totally loved my original concept, lovers being separated, but I wanted to fill it with OCs with actual background stories, not just painting a random scene with random horses, so refreshed the background and made a YHH out of it.

And the perfect couple got this. By chance spoupi saw that YHH and told me about the OCs that would fit this piece: meet Thuri Modeus Dragonblud and Abdullah Anemone. They met, fell in love, but Abby is immortal, while Thuri is not this means she will eventually loose him and outliving him with centuries - and this is exactly what happens. Thuri dies and Abby goes on, alone for who knows how long. With time, her ending is also happening and she eventually dies and finally, after decades being separated, the lovers are together again in the Afterlife.

They were so perfect for this piece, I am so happy they got this one and also so happy they got their happy ending after being separated for so long :3 Somewhere deep down, I do have a tiny, romantic, beating heart in my chest XD
