So I was thinking about what if my star serpents got into the Star wars universe, knowing that their clone trade experts course won the first things they're going to try to make a fourth sensitive clone, and Cypher here is basically the first successful custom clone specimen to survive with intact mind. Despite the experiment though, Cypher was intended to be released into being his own person, since the point of the experiment was to see if they can make a healthy force using clone. So he has no sleeper commands and no aging enhancements.

He also wields a lightsaber similar to Cal's, since star serpents value versatile tools for any situation, and though the jedi think that having a second blade is a little overkill, Cipher is 9 ft tall and there's a lot more of him to be shot at so having the second blade for protection is kind of necessary for him,
