Here's the reference sheet for my fursona, it took an unreasonably long time to make 😭. Probably more than 20 hours which is honestly a little unreasonable. Posting here as a good first post and I'm sure this will be a good place to send myself and other people when they need to draw my beautiful boie lmao
I make his gradient stripes by overlaying a gradient over a clipping mask. The rainbow colors are swatched on the left and I applied a 1000 pixel Gaussian blur to it. It seems like it would be pretty complicated to do, but it's not too bad as long as you reference where each color starts and ends on the body. The stripes are also pretty annoying to replicate so I'll definitely allow some artistic liberty if, for example, commissioned artists, need it.
